    3 core ICPs along with sub-ICPs were identified and tested: early-stage startup founders, ecommerce operators in various sectors, and SaaS product leaders - all groups with a clear need for technical support and MVP development.

    Within each ICP, we defined sub-segments and buying triggers, and tailored sequences accordingly. We also ran A/B tests across hooks, tone, and structure to rapidly identify what worked best by persona.
