  • Identified and Tested 4 Different ICPs
    We broke down Toolport’s market into 4 directions, including construction, events services, agriculture, and gastronomy. Each of these ICPs had their unique priorities and buying triggers.

    We scraped and filtered over 35,000 unique prospects across Germany, the UK and USA, targeting only companies that fit each ICP’s specific profile and use case for Toolport’s products.
  • Wrote Personalized Sequences by ICP
    Each ICP received a sequence tailored to their language, pain points, and industry. Every message spoke directly to that buyer type.
  • Translated Outreach Into German
    To increase trust and engagement in DACH markets, we translated every sequence into German. This approach is proven to generate better results.
  • Helped the Company Enter New Markets
    We helped Toolport expand their geographic reach. Previously, the company targeted mostly Germany and the UK. Our engine was the easiest way to test a new region at scale.
  • Used Friendly, Low-Friction CTAs
